Capital Markets Executive (d/f/m)

We are looking for Capital Markets Executive to guide Arbour through the next phase of growth in both, strategic and operational matters.

Arbour is a transaction platform for alternative market investments aiming to achieve an efficient capital flow to SMEs, the core of the “real economy”.

We are looking for an experienced managing director to provide strategic leadership, oversee the business operations and lead Arbour through its next phase of growth. This position is in Berlin – Full time

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve Arbour’s short and long-term goals
Initiate and maintain positive, open and trust-based relationships with business partners, shareholders, authorities and other stakeholders
Oversee the business operations and financial performance as well as understand and guide tax and legal implications of strategic business decisions
Build out the companies operations with new customers (asset managers, placement agents and advisors)
Build and improve the companies public profile in web, social media, events and speaking engagements

Requirements

Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans in an global business environment
Strong and confident appearance within a global finance community
Strong business and legal negotiation skills at all levels
Having worked with asset managers, advisors and institutional investors within private markets is an advantage
Full working knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written
